This is a 1950s Ada Lum Designed doll. Ada Lum was a popular doll maker from Hong Kong. Each of her dolls has a distinct embroidered face. The facial features seem are hand sewn and are intricate. The doll's clothing is made from blue silk and features a traditional Chinese jacket as well as a cap. The doll has a long yarn braid. In good condition except a few small stains on head, arms, and feet. The is almost 11 inches high and well preserved, she would be a lovely addition to a cloth doll collection.
