This sweet hand-carved and hand-painted wooden figure is a stunning piece of vintage decor. He is painted to be in late 1800's clothing, likely Chinese. He is painted to have a coin purse, shoes and a traditional outfit . He stands at 5" tall, with a base measuring 2.25" x 1.5" x .25". It appears that originally, there was something attached to the head of the figure, such as a hat. It is hard to say how he originally began his journey, perhaps as a toy, or a small tourist item...currently, he is a wonderful collectible.
