"Crinkle the Cat" Kellogg's cut and sew project from 1935. This is a promotional product by Kellogg's Cereal Company, out of Battle Creek, Michigan. A cute little piece of history. Cat cartoon characters were very popular in the early 1900s as printed material became available to most income levels. It is very cute and in good condition for being about 95 years old. The fabric is a type of oil cloth found in most stuffed animals of this time period. The original pattern had a tail, but his is missing. He has Kellogg's on his back.
